Dear Fellow Zarthushtis:

We will be continuing with our tradition of holding the holy Muktad prayers at the Bhandara Atash Kadeh in Houston.  We encourage everyone to attend the prayers during the 10 days, to pay respects to our dearly departed family members. We will also  Live Stream the daily Prayers via Zoom for all those who cannot attend in person.

RATE:

$300 which includes Sukhar, Loban, Fruits, Nuts, Flowers, Mobed charges and up to 4 names of dearly departed.  Additional names are $50 per name for the 10 days.

PAYMENT:

Please use the Muktad Bookings below to pay by PayPal or check.

For those mailing checks, please make checks payable to ZAH with ‘Muktad’ in the memo line and mail to ZAH Treasurer at 8787 W. Airport Blvd., Houston, TX 77071. Checks must be received by August 1, 2022.

NAMES:

Please input all names to be recited for the Muktad Prayers in the “Names of Departed” Box. Please specify Ervad, Osta/Osti or Behdin with each name. Please note this is a required field and will not allow you to book without entering names.

Modified Boye schedule during the Muktad days is as follows:

VASES:

Please drop off your Muktad Vases (labeled with your name at the bottom of vase) at the Atash Kadeh between July 29 and August 3, 2022 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

We are blessed to be able to continue the age old tradition of welcoming all the Fravashis during these ten days of the Muktad, with our prayers and offerings.
