As a precursor to the ZAH Grand Jashan and Gala event on March 25th, your ZAH Library, home of FIRES, will present Sharmeen Mehri’s insights from her oral history project “Memories we Carry” on Friday, March 24, 2023, at ZAH at 6:30 PM.
Sharmeen will share the value of preserving migration experiences with a specific focus on how Zoroastrians maintain or adapt their cultural expressions within the context of the broader American immigrant experience.
